Stay-Pay is only valid over our Low Season dates and can not be combined with Mid or Peak Season Dates.
Additional add-on nights are welcome, however, only 1 free night per Low Season dates booking.

A deposit of 50% is payable within 48 hours of confirming your booking.

HOUSEKEEPING
All our homes are prepared with fresh linen & towels and trained housekeeping staff.
Housekeeping is included Monday until Friday from 8:00 - 14:00 daily - unless otherwise stated.
Short stay bookings: housekeeping is included on a Saturday from 8:00 - 14:00 - unless otherwise stated.
HOLIDAY RENTALS
Our holiday collections are self-catering family homes.
All our homes have limited availability throughout the year.
Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.

Mid Week Discount

Can't be combined with any other specials.
Additional add-on nights are welcome, however, discounted rates only apply during Mid Week.
Mid Week Special will only apply to: Monday night, Tuesday night & Wednesday night (departure on Thursday)
