This gorgeous beach house has just been fully renovated. The house has beach frontage with private stairs leading to the very popular Tiffany's Beach in Salt Rock. This beach is a surfer's paradise and watching them ride the waves will offer you endless hours of entertainment from the comfort of your sun lounger. The house has 6 bedrooms which are split over two levels, with one of the kid's bunk rooms on the entrance level and the remaining 5 bedrooms being upstairs. This beach house is perfect for 3 families.
Salt Rock Beach is the main beach of the little town of the same name, which is perched along the coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is idyllic for its palm trees, white sand, and warm turquoise waters. And, thanks to its being protected by shark nets in the water and lifeguards on the beach, it is a fantastic choice for families and those that want to cool off in the temperate waters of the Dolphin Coast.
The town of Salt Rock is just north of the holiday hotspot of Ballito, about 45 minutes from the centre of Durban, and about 25 minutes from its international airport.

BACK-UP POWER
This house does not get effected by the loadshedding schedule.
In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms.
In case of major power outages, the generator will be manually started by the staff and this will power the following: lights, plugs, Wi-fi and alarms.
There is a gas hob in the kitchen with gas kettle to allow guests to cook and boil water as well as a gas/charcoal braai outside to allow for cooking. Some of the plugs in the front of the kitchen won't function, but the staff will know which plugs can be used and will use extension cords to power other items if need be.
Non essential items such as air-con units, washing machines, tumble drier, dishwasher, iron, oven, microwave will not be connected. One geyser will be connected for hot water.

The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter non-climbing fence & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. The gate to the beach is a motorised gate that rolls to the side during the day, opening the house and deck to the beach
