This gorgeous comfy beach house on Little Maritzburg Road in Salt Rock is offered with lots of availability throughout the year. This 4 bedroom home sits over 1 level and offers wonderful entertaining spaces, along with magnificent sea views and direct access to the beach.

Salt Rock Beach is the main beach of the little town of the same name, which is perched along the coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is idyllic for its palm trees, white sand, and warm turquoise waters. And, thanks to its being protected by shark nets in the water and lifeguards on the beach, it is a fantastic choice for families and those that want to cool off in the temperate waters of the Dolphin Coast.



The town of Salt Rock is just north of the holiday hotspot of Ballito, about 45 minutes from the centre of Durban, and about 25 minutes from its international airport.

This flatlet has just been newly renovated and sits at the back of the house. It has an open-plan kitchen & lounge area and a sleeper couch with a DSTV decoder. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, Two-plate electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee plunger.


BACK-UP POWER

This house does get effected by the loadshedding schedule.

In the event of power failures rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

The solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather.


SECURITY

The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter fence & IPSS reaction team. 

Private gate padlocked to the beach.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom One (Master): King-size bed, sea views, ceiling fan, sliding doors onto the front verandah, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & double basin.

Bedroom Two: King-size bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower, bath & basin.

Bedroom Three: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & basin.

Bedroom Four (kids room): Bunk bed plus single bed with pull-out mattress, wall-mounted fan, built-in cupboard, en-suite with basin, shower & loo.

Bedroom Five (separate flatlet): There is a separate bedroom with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning, a freestanding wardrobe and bathroom with a shower.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
