Ideally positioned at the Simbithi Country Club entrance, The Verve offers convenient access to the clubhouse, where guests can enjoy The Fig Tree Restaurant, the Sports Bar and book a round of golf. While guests do not have access to Simbithi Eco-Estate's communal facilities, the apartment is just minutes from Ballito's beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants, with King Shaka International Airport only a 25-minute drive away.

Bedroom One Downstairs Adult Room: King Size Bed with aircon, sea view and access to a balcony, block out curtains, built in cupboards, ensuite with bath tub, shower, open plan toilet and double basin.
Bedroom Two: Downstairs Adult Room: Twin 3-quarter beds apart with aircon, built in cupboards, security shutters. Family bathroom across the hallway with shower, open plan toilet and single basin.
Loft Room: Two small fold out mattresses for kids. Loft has sofa and TV and desk and chair. Leads out onto large open terrace with raised table and 6 x bar stools

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
