Beverley Homestead is the original, and still family-owned, historic farm house in the heart of Simbithi, once rolling sugar cane fields, now an exclusive and award-winning Eco-Estate. This characterful 5-bedroom house is set in a superb subtropical garden, shaded by massive indigenous trees, overlooking an inviting pool. Created by internationally-renowned floral artist Rosemary Ladlau, it is regarded as one of the great private gardens of South Africa.

Ballito is situated along the heart of the Dolphin Coast, nestled among the fields of KwaZulu-Natal, and flanked to the east by golden beaches and the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.

BACK-UP POWER

In the event of power failures a gas hob for cooking is available inside and a gas braai is available outside

The inverter system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 24 - 48 hours depending on the use.

Bedroom One: Two single beds that can be converted to a king-bed when pushed together. Garden view, ceiling fan, aircon, open built in cupboards with shelves and hanging, dressing table, shared bathroom across the hallway with double basin, shower/bathtub combo and shared separate toilet. 

Bedroom Two: Two single beds that can be converted to a king-bed when pushed together. Garden view, ceiling fan, aircon, open built in cupboards with shelves and hanging, dressing table, shared bathroom across the hallway with double basin, shower/bathtub combo and shared separate toilet. 

Bedroom Three: King-size bed with garden view, ceiling fan, aircon, open built in cupboards with shelves and hanging space and ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and double basin and an outside shower.

Bedroom Four:King-size bed with garden view, ceiling fan, aircon, open built in cupboards with shelves and hanging, and private bathroom with shower, separate toilet, double basin and an outside shower. Sliding doors in bedroom lead out to garden with seating

Bedroom Five: King-size bed with garden view, ceiling fan, aircon, freestanding cupboard and ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and single basin. This bedroom is detached from the main house and has a private balcony.


Two single bed mattresses available for two young kids.

Staff accommodation available for up two persons in the staff quarters with shared access to a communal shower and toilet.

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 2 nights' stay

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
