This incredible five bedrooms, freestanding home on the beach in Sheffield Beach is now offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes guests throughout the year. This holiday home is newly built by its owners and offers guests a huge amount of space to relax and socialise. This house will make a perfect holiday spot for a big family get together. The house has five bedrooms with one being a kids dormitory sleeping 10 kids.

10 mins drive from local shops and restaurants and 25 minutes from the New King Shaka International Airport.

Sheffield Beach, just north of Salt Rock and virtually ten minutes from Ballito, is the beautiful beach of Sheffield with its sheltered coves and wonderful rock pools that invite little people to spend hours collecting shells and admiring sea anemones.

BACK-UP POWER

In the event of loadshedding or grid power failure the inverter system will automatically switch on. This means that all lights, plug sockets, TV's, WiFi routers, Alarm will be powered. Please note that all non essential items such the air-con will not work. The battery back up system lasts on average of 3 to 4 hours. Please note that the more lights and plug sockets that you use during this time will result in this average time frame being reduced. Please use reduce consumption during battery operation times to maximise battery capacity.

 

SECURITY

The house offers high security with internal and external beams and security plantation shutters throughout.

24-hour reaction team with IPSS security.

Bedroom One (ground floor): King bed, dressing table, ceiling fan, open-plan wardrobes, sea views and stacker doors onto front deck and pool, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath & double basin

Bedroom Two (dorm room - upstairs): Kids bunk room has five double bunks, sleeping 10 kids, freestanding cupboards, ceiling fan & aircon and en-suite with shower & loo & double basin

Bedroom Three (upstairs): Situated at the front of the house, this bedroom has a king-size bed, sea views, dressing table, ceiling fan, en-suite with shower, loo and basin

Bedroom Four (upstairs): Situated at the front of the house, this bedroom has a king-size bed, sea views, dressing table, ceiling fan, en-suite with shower, loo and basin

Bedroom Five (upstairs): Situated at the front of the house, this bedroom has a king-size bed, sea views, dressing table, ceiling fan, en-suite with bath, shower, loo & double basin

LCE SEASONS

Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 3 nights' stay


RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
