DESCRIPTION
This elegant and stylish Umdloti home has all the elements to make a perfect East Coast Beach-style house. Located on South Beach Road in Umdloti and only a stone's throw from the glorious beach, this glamorous yet cosy and comfy home offers a space for everyone and every mood. The home offers wonderful outside spaces to the front and back of the house. The front has an outside verandah that flows off the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom offering magnificent 180-degree views of the ocean from dawn to dusk, allowing you to watch the first surfers with a cup of coffee and the last of the dog walkers and runners in the evening with a glass of wine. For something more intimate and to escape the sometimes wild coastal weather, the back of the house has a beautiful bar area and cosy lounge which flows out onto a glamorous dining area with candles and lit-up pot plants perfect for dinner parties or fancy dress evenings. The owners were very clever to add a private beach and pool at the back, creating the perfect hideaway from the bustling road and beach below.
Along the beachfront promenade will get you to uMdloti’s top-notch restaurants & a 5 mins drive will take you to the recently opened “Marine Walk” shopping centre @ the Salta Sibaya complex. Umdloti is only a 10 minutes drive to the King Shaka International Airport.

From 1st of March 2023 until the end of Feb 2024:
PEAK SEASON at R14,600 per night
December & January High season period, Require min 10-14 nights per booking
MID SEASON at R12,100 per night
School holidays and Long Weekends, Require min 3-5 nights per booking
LOW SEASON at R9,700 per night
All other dates outside Peak & Mid Season dates, Require min 2 nights per booking

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
