On entering, you are greeted with open plan and free-flowing spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and a breakfast counter and seating area. The dining room is well-appointed off-plan to the kitchen opening onto a sun deck terrace. A unique feature of this home is the open spaces and entertainment lounge & tv room opening with stacking doors onto the outside pool and patio. This luxury beach house can welcome 14 guests (max 8 adults) in 5 ensuite bedrooms.

Salt Rock Beach is the main beach of the little town of the same name, which is perched along the coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is idyllic for its palm trees, white sand, and warm turquoise waters. And, thanks to its being protected by shark nets in the water and lifeguards on the beach, it is a fantastic choice for families and those that want to cool off in the temperate waters of the Dolphin Coast.

The town of Salt Rock is just north of the holiday hotspot of Ballito, about 45 minutes from the centre of Durban, and about 25 minutes from its international airport.

BACK-UP POWER

In the event of Loadshedding or power failure the inverter will automatically be activated.

Invertor powers almost the entire house including Lights, TV's, ceiling fans, Wi-fi but excluding oven, geysers, aircons, kettle, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. One shower will have  mild hot water so use sparingly otherwise water can be boiled on the gas hob.

There are rechargeable lamps and a gas hob for cooking and 2 Webers available. 

 

SECURITY

The house offers high-security electric fencing, with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter non-climbing fence & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. All bedrooms with security shutters

Bedroom One: Queen Size bed, ceiling fan & aircon, dressing table, built-in cupboards and garden access. Shared bathroom with shower, open plan toilet, single basin.

Bedroom Two: Twin Beds apart, ceiling fan & aircon, dressing table, built-in cupboards and garden access. Shared bathroom with shower, open plan toilet, single basin.

Bedroom Three: Large Room with four three-quarter beds apart, ceiling fan & aircon, dressing table, built-in cupboards and garden access. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub & shower, open plan toilet, double basin.

Bedroom Four: Adult Room with King size bed, tv, ceiling fan & aircon, dressing table, built-in cupboards and garden access. Ensuite bathroom with shower, open plan toilet, single basin.

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
