Driftwood Cottage is a self-catering holiday home sleeping six guests in three bedrooms. A little piece of paradise between trees and a relaxing seaside village situated on the Dolphin Coast. One of the main features of this home is the sheltered entertainment area located under a canopy of milkwood trees, perfect for warm summer evenings with loved ones. A private path leads you to the beach, only 25 metres away from your accommodation.

Salt Rock Beach is the main beach of the little town of the same name, which is perched along the coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is idyllic for its palm trees, white sand, and warm turquoise waters. And, thanks to its being protected by shark nets in the water and lifeguards on the beach, it is a fantastic choice for families and those that want to cool off in the temperate waters of the Dolphin Coast.



The town of Salt Rock is just north of the holiday hotspot of Ballito, about 45 minutes from the centre of Durban, and about 25 minutes from its international airport.

Bedroom Two: Upstairs (loft bedroom) with a King-size bed, ceiling fan, vanity with single basin, access to a balcony, built-in cupboards and en suite with shower, and open plan toilet.

Bedroom Three: Downstairs kid's room with Single Twin Beds apart, ceiling fan, and French doors opening up to the garden.

Family bathroom next door with a bathtub, open plan toilet and single basin.

Rental includes Housekeeping from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
