Reservationist

Responsible for managing guest enquiries and reservations, ensuring prompt, professional communication and a seamless booking journey from first contact to arrival. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Housekeeping

Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury homes. Attention to detail, pride in one’s work, and consistency are essential to ensure every home is guest-ready and beautifully prepared.

Maintenance Support

Provides hands-on support with general maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs across properties. This role helps ensure homes are safe, functional, and well maintained, working closely with contractors and the operations team.

Handyman Tools

Estate Caretaker

Oversees the day-to-day care of properties, including routine checks, basic maintenance, and on-site support. This role ensures homes are well looked after and presented to the highest standard at all times.

Project Assistant

Assists with property projects, renovations, and upgrades by coordinating tasks, timelines, and suppliers. This role supports smooth project execution and helps maintain our luxury standards across all developments.

Accountant

Responsible for managing the company’s financial records, reporting, and compliance. This role supports accurate invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial planning, ensuring the business operates efficiently, transparently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
