This is a family home that offers super rooms and spaces for kiddies along with all the adult needs for entertaining.
The house is made up of four bedrooms (two of which are en-suite), an open plan living area consisting of the dining area, formal lounge and kitchen plus a kiddie's TV room and play area just next door. All this entertaining space flows out onto a front and back deck, with a bar, dining and soft seating to the front of the house, and further soft seating with a pizza oven to the back of the house.

Its prime location within Simbithi provides residents with access to the estate's lush natural surroundings and exclusive amenities, making it a coveted destination for those seeking both serenity and sophistication.

The family has one small hypoallergenic dog.

The pets will not be at the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious of this should they be prone to pet allergies.

Bedroom Two (Kids Room): Two single beds (or king), wardrobes, sliding doors onto the front deck and use of the family bathroom outside the bedroom (shower & bath)

Bedroom Three (Kids Room): Double bed, wardrobes, sliding doors onto the front deck and use of family bathroom outside the bedroom (shower & bath)

Bedroom Four (Adult Room): Queen bed, freestanding wardrobe, french doors onto the back garden and en-suite with shower


Rental includes Housekeeping from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm

Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 5 nights' stay


This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
