Newly built luxury double storey family holiday home with incredible views over the North Coast. Panorama house is designed with four en-suite family rooms with separate access from the main house and kitchen and entertainment areas. It is ideal for in-door-out-door living as the large rim-flow pool is surrounded by a large deck which offers lounge facilities, an alfresco dining and braai area and sun loungers.
There is plenty entertaining areas to spend time together or have private space which makes it ideal for multiple or extended families. The house sleeps a total of 16 guests, maximum of 8 adults sharing.
The house is situated at the southern end of Zinkwazi, where one can utilise the access path not far from the home to the beautiful and less populated south beach. It is also a mere 5 minute drive to the main beach.

50 minutes from the King Shaka International Airport.
Restaurants and convenience grocery stores are located about 35km outside Zinkwazi.

Zinkwazi Beach is in the small town of Zinkwazi on the Dolphin Coast is surrounded by coastal dunes. The small, protected beach is one of the many beaches on this stretch of coastline that form part of a nature conservancy.

THE DRIVEWAY

Please note that while some guests may find our driveway to be steep, others may not perceive it in the same way. Factors such as individual driving experience, vehicle type, and personal comfort levels can greatly influence one's perception of steepness.


BACK-UP POWER

This house does get effected by the loadshedding schedule.

In the event of loadshedding rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

In the event of loadshedding or grid power failure the inverter system will automatically switch on. This means that all lights, plug sockets, TV's, WiFi routers will be powered.

Please note that all non essential items such as air-con units, fridges, freezers, bar fridges, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, ovens, electric hobs, microwaves will not work.

The battery back up system lasts on average of 5 to 8 hours. Please note that the more lights and plug sockets that you use during this time will result in this average time frame being reduced. Please use reduce consumption during battery operation times to maximise battery capacity.

Bedroom Two: Twin beds with sea view and aircon, access to a balcony, walk-in wardrobes built-in cupboards, block out curtains. Ensuite with shower, separate loo and double basin. Stairs up to the mezzanine level with two single beds suitable for kids.

Bedroom Three: King-size bed with sea view and aircon, access to a balcony, walk-in wardrobes built-in cupboards, block out curtains. Ensuite with shower, separate loo and double basin. Stairs up to the mezzanine level with two single beds suitable for kids.

PLEASE NOTE: All the bedrooms have private access to each bedroom and all the bedrooms are outside from the main house, however still locatedalongside the main building.

LCE SEASONS

Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay

Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 3 - 5 nights' stay

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 2 nights' stay


RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
