On-Site Staff Accommodation House Rules

As an integral part of the team at Luxury Coastal Escapes, we trust you to respect the following house rules while staying on-site. These rules are in place to maintain professionalism and ensure the smooth running of the property:

Visitors and Guests:

  • Your partner or family may visit the property only during times when there are no guests in-house.

  • Visitors must be approved in advance by Louise Vogt, owner of LCE and manager of Whitefoord.

  • Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight or on the property without prior written approval.

No Parties or Gatherings:

  • Social gatherings, parties, or hosting unapproved visitors are strictly prohibited.

Pets:

  • No pets are allowed on the property at any time.

Daily Maintenance:

  • The house must be maintained daily, even during periods when there are no guests. This includes routine cleaning, upkeep, and ensuring the house remains in a guest-ready condition at all times.

Use of Guest House Facilities:

  • Staff are not permitted to use the main guest house for personal entertainment, including watching TV, listening to music, or using any guest facilities at any time.

  • The guest house is reserved exclusively for paying guests, and staff should only enter for work-related duties.

Professional Conduct:

  • While staying on-site, you are a representative of LCE. Professionalism should be upheld in all actions and interactions.

Requests for Visitors:

  • Any requests for your partner or family to visit must be submitted in advance and approved by Louise Vogt. This process ensures that any visits align with the property’s schedules and standards.

Quiet Hours:

  • To ensure a peaceful environment, noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during evenings and nights.

By adhering to these rules, you help maintain the high standards expected by our guests and ensure the property remains a comfortable and professional space for everyone involved.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action.
