Included in your rental 7 days a week (excluding public holidays)

For more info on our housekeeping services, hours and laundry, please follow this link to our Housekeeper's page for duties and responsibilities.

Please Note: there will be scheduled visits from contracted pool service and gardeners. These visits are essential to ensure that the amenities and outdoor spaces are in top condition for your enjoyment. The pool service and gardeners will have limited access to the yard area during specific times.

BACK UP POWER

In the event of power failures, the back up generator goes on automatically after 5 min of a power outage- there is enough diesel for 45 hours of power outages. All appliances work as usual since the generator has a large capacity.

It is advisable to try and not use washing machines, tumble driers and aircons unless absolutely necessary during power outages.

The flatlet might find it a bit noisy so we recommend switching the generator off when going to bed. The alarm system won’t work when the generator is off. There will be rechargeable lamps for night time in case the generator is off and there is no power for some reason.

BEACH ACCESS

Private beach access at the bottom of the garden.

OUTSIDE UMBRELLAS

Please immediately collapse umbrellas when wind comes up- it’s both a safety and damage risk.

Kindly use umbrellas at own risk. The wheels of the large cantilever umbrella need to be locked at all times and should not be used in windy conditions
