Whitefoord Beach House offers a versatile beachfront venue ideal for small corporate events, executive strategy sessions, product launches, brand activations, catered business functions, private celebrations, and professional photoshoots.
The property features generous open-plan spaces that can be configured to suit a variety of event formats, including seated presentations, standing cocktail-style functions, workshops, and team gatherings. With uninterrupted ocean views and direct beach access, the venue provides a distinctive yet professional setting that encourages focus, creativity, and engagement.
The outdoor deck and surrounding areas are well suited for networking breaks, catering service, and informal discussions, while the natural coastal environment offers an impressive backdrop without distracting from the purpose of the event. The venue allows for controlled guest numbers, making it particularly suitable for intimate, high-end corporate functions where quality, privacy, and exclusivity are essential.
Whitefoord Beach House is available strictly as a venue hire, allowing clients the flexibility to appoint their own event coordinator, caterers, and service providers in line with the nature of their event.

General Enquiry Questions & Guidelines
1. How many guests are you planning to host?
Due to the property’s location within a quiet residential area on North Beach Road, the venue is suitable for intimate events only.
We are able to accommodate a maximum of 30 guests for any event hosted on the premises and this will include the guests staying at the house.
2. How will your guests arrive?
On-site parking is limited and reserved exclusively for overnight guests, with space for up to 6 vehicles.
All additional attendees are required to:

Arrange shuttle transport, or
-
Make use of public beach parking located outside the venue
No additional parking is permitted within the residential area.
3. Are you planning to use music, microphones, or sound equipment?
Due to the residential nature of the property and in strict adherence to local noise regulations:

No amplified sound is permitted at any time.

This includes loudspeakers, PA systems, microphones, DJ equipment, live bands, or outdoor sound systems.

Music, if used, must be low-volume and non-amplified.
A strict noise curfew applies from 22:00, after which:

Guests are required to move indoors where possible

Voices and activity levels must be kept to a minimum
Any form of loud, disruptive, or unruly behaviour — including shouting, intoxicated disturbances, or public nuisance — will result in immediate intervention and possible termination of the event.
4. Are you planning décor, catering, or external service providers?
All events require the appointment of a professional event coordinator.
The coordinator will be responsible for:

Managing all logistics and scheduling

Overseeing supplier access, deliveries, and collections

Coordinating catering staff and service providers

Ensuring full venue clean-up and reinstatement post-event
Luxury Coastal Escapes does not manage event logistics or supplier coordination.
5. How many nights are required for a venue hire booking?
A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required, structured as follows:

Day 1: Supplier access, deliveries, and event setup

Day 2: Event day

Day 3: Breakdown, collections, and full clean-up

Day 4: Departure
This structure ensures smooth operations and minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
The Venue
With a focus on creating a truly personalised and intimate experience, we have offered the garden, large wooden deck and three pools that perfectly aligns with our collection. Our selected venue can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests, ensuring that each attendee receives the attention and care they deserve.
Due to limited parking and accommodation our beach house and venue will be more suitable for smaller, more intimate gathering for the closest family members and friends to join you on your special day. While we understand that you would love to celebrate with everyone you hold dear, we believe that this decision will allow us to create a truly bespoke and memorable experience for each and every guest.
Our venue, nestled within a serene residential area on North Beach Road, has inspired us to create an intimate setting that truly captures the essence of our love and commitment. Therefore, we will only be able to accommodate up to 30 guests for the celebration. Parking will only be available for the guests staying over and all other guests need to arrange for shuttle service or use beach parking available outside the venue.
Additionally, due to the nature of the venue's location, we will only agree to a day celebration. This decision ensures that we can fully adhere to the regulations and respect the tranquility of our surroundings and neighbours.
