BACK-UP POWER
In the event of power failure the solar system will automatically switch on. The battery back up system lasts on average of 6 to 12 hours.
Powers everything except Aircon's (ceiling fans remain) & Jacuzzi.
House benefits from the backup water tank with estimate of 4 - 6 days supply.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom One: Queen-size bed, aircon & a ceiling fan, dressing table, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, ensuite with bathtub, shower, separate loo and double basin.
Bedroom Two: Bunk beds with two single matresses, ceiling fan and aircon, built-in cupboards. Inter-leading with shared family bathroom, shower and bathtub and double basin and open plan loo.
Bedroom Three: Inter-leading with bedroom two's bathroom- Double bed, ceiling fan and aircon, block-out cuirtains, sea view and built-in cupboard.
Bedroom Four: Queen-size bed, aircon & a ceiling fan, dressing table, walk-in wardrobe, block-out curtains, ensuite with bathtub, shower, separate loo and double basin.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
