This wonderful five bedroom family home in Simbithi Eco Estate has just been built and offers guests a wonderful space for a family holiday. The house sits on a cul de sac on Umvumvu Drive and benefits from very rare sea views in Simbithi Eco Estate.

Simbithi’s Kingfisher Community Centre and the family Heron Community Centre. Both centres with pools and fun family activities. Please note that not all Simbithi facilities are available to guests. Please see Simbithi's Website for more information.

Ballito is situated along the heart of the Dolphin Coast, nestled among the fields of KwaZulu-Natal, and flanked to the east by golden beaches and the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.

The main swimming beach in Ballito is Willard Beach. It provides safe swimming with qualified life-guards seven days a week, and is protected with shark nets. It also has a fully equipped first aid station. Willard Beach is also a popular spot for surfing and body boarding.
Lifeguards and shark nets are provided at a second beach, Clarke Bay. Further south of Clarke Bay is the Ballito tidal pool which caters for the young and old. The pools are well maintained, clean and are home to a wide variety of sea life. Moving South is Salmon Bay, which is a launch area for watercraft. This beach is also popular with surfers. The Ballito Inflatable Boat clubhouse is also located here.

The house does not get affected by loadshedding but in case of major power outage the following will apply:

Flatlet UPS setup to run small appliances such as the tv or small light and to charge cell phones and rechargeable lamps and laptops etc- Main House: UPS in downstairs study - to run small appliances and wifi and laptops etc.

Also have a solar geyser for warm water as long as it's a hot day.

Additional gas hob for cooking and boiling extra water and rechargeable lamps.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

The family has two small Maltese poodles that live with the family during the year.

The pets will not be in the house when guests are staying.

We would suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies.

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
