In the event of power failure the solar system will automatically switch on. The battery back up system lasts on average of 24 hours, depending on the weather. House benefits from the backup water tank.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
