In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking and Jojo tank with filtration system. Solar system will kick in automatically and will power the entire house. This will last for up to 4-6 hours depending on use.

Back up water supply will feed the house in the event of water shortage and this water is drinkable.


Bedroom One: King size bed, aircon, door onto top deck, TV, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite with jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower (plus extra outdoor shower), double basin and separate loo

Rental includes Housekeeping from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm

Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay

Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 3-4 nights' stay


This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
