We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
This home does not allow private functions, parties, private gatherings or one-night stays.
Additional balloon or event decorations are also not permitted.
