In the event of power outages the inverter system will automatically switch on. This means that all lights, plug sockets, TV's, and WiFi routers will be powered.
Please note that only the oven is not connected to the back up system, and the stove is gas.
Please note that the more elements and plug sockets that you use during this time will result in this average time frame being reduced.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom One: King-size bed, aircon and ceiling fan, access to a balcony, built-in cupboards, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, & double basin and outside shower.
Bedroom Two: Kids room with two single beds, built in cupboard - shared family bathroom next door with shower and open plan toilet.
Bedroom Three: Queen Bed, aircon and ceiling fan, access to a courtyard, built-in cupboards, and shared bathroom.
HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes Housekeeping 3 days a week (excluding public holidays) Monday to Friday from 8am - 2pm.
Two loads of laundry wil be included when housekeeper is on duty.

LCE SEASONS
Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay
Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 5 nights' stay
Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 5 nights' stay

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
