Inverter system. The back up power is seamless in the event of a power failure, the only things that do not operate when the back up power is operational are the aircons, washing machine and tumble drier and oven.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
