BACK-UP POWER

In the event of power failure the solar system will automatically switch over.

All lights, plug sockets, TV's, and WiFi routers will be powered. Please note that all non essential items such as air-con units will not work. The battery back up system lasts on average of 5-8 hours - Weather depending.


BACK-UP WATER

Jojo water tanks feed the house when water outages. Water will not be filtered from the tanks.

Bedroom One: Master Bedroom with King-size bed, ceiling fan, aircon and dressing table and block out curtains. Walk-in wardrobe with built in glass door cupboards. Ensuite with double basin, bathtub, a shower, and open plan loo.

LCE SEASONS

Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay

Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 5 nights' stay

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 5 nights' stay


RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

No children under the age of 12 years old and subject to the owners discretion.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
