Welcome Bag

Every guest receives an welcome bag on arrival, providing a warm and personal introduction to their stay.
The contents are refreshed from time to time and typically include a selection of sweet, salty and soft treats. Depending on the season and availability, these may include nougat, toffees, locally baked cookies, cordial, Kettle crisps, biscuits or mixed nuts.
The bag includes a welcome card and a QR code giving guests instant access to the digital Welcome Guide, where they can find important information about the home, estate, Wi-Fi, house guidelines, local recommendations and useful information for their stay.

Housekeeper & Staff Uniform
Our housekeeping and hospitality teams represent the LCE brand whenever they are in a guest home. Staff are required to wear a professional LCE-branded uniform and apron while working. Our uniform offering includes branded shirts, golf shirts, puffer jackets, soft fleece jackets and branded hats, ensuring our team presents a consistent and professional appearance across the collection.
Branded T-Shirt

Our LCE-branded black T-shirts offer a simple, comfortable and versatile option for the staff uniform. They are available in both V-neck and round-neck styles, allowing staff to choose the neckline they prefer while maintaining a consistent, professional appearance. The classic black colour is practical for everyday housekeeping duties and pairs easily with our branded aprons and other uniform items.

Our LCE-branded puffer jacket is a lightweight and practical outer layer, ideal for cooler North Coast winter mornings and evenings. Designed to provide warmth without being bulky or restrictive, it can be easily worn over the staff uniform when working outdoors or travelling between properties.
