Situated on the sought-after Sheffield Beach, just north of Salt Rock, the home enjoys one of the Dolphin Coast's most beautiful coastal locations. Renowned for its sheltered coves, natural rock pools and excellent swimming beaches, Sheffield is ideal for families, beach lovers and nature enthusiasts. Ballito's shops, restaurants and cafés are only a 15-minute drive away, while King Shaka International Airport is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from the property, making Thuthuka the perfect base for a relaxed coastal escape.

BACK UP POWER

The solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather.

In the event of power failures rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

Bedroom One: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, built in cupboards, block out blinds, sea views and access to a balcony. Ensuite with bathtub, shower, single basin and open plan loo.

Bedroom Two: Twin Beds apart, ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, built in cupboards, block out blinds, sea views and access to a balcony. Ensuite with, shower, and single basin with open plan loo.

Bedroom Three: Twin Beds apart, ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, built in cupboards, block out blinds, sea views and access to a balcony. Ensuite with, shower, and single basin with open plan loo.

Bedroom Four: King-size bed, ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, built in cupboards, block out blinds, sea views and access to a balcony. Ensuite with bathtub, shower, and single basin with open plan loo.

Bedroom Five: (Downstairs): Master Bedroom with King-size bed, ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, walk in waldrobe, block out blinds, sea views and access to a balcony. Ensuite with bathtub, shower, double basin, open plan loo and outdoor shower.

RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.

 

OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES

For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.

Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.

Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
