This charming single-level beach house is the perfect setting for a relaxed coastal escape, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. The home features five bedrooms, including a spacious children's bunk room, as well as a separate outside apartment, making it ideal for extended families or groups. Spacious living areas and inviting indoor-outdoor entertainment spaces create a welcoming atmosphere, while beautiful ocean views, a peaceful garden setting and easy access to the beach ensure a memorable seaside holiday.
Situated in the heart of Salt Rock on KwaZulu-Natal's sought-after Dolphin Coast, the home is just moments from the golden sands of Salt Rock Beach. Protected by shark nets and lifeguards, the beach is ideal for swimming, surfing and family days by the ocean. Ballito's shops, restaurants and cafés are only a short drive away, while King Shaka International Airport is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the property.

This flatlet sits at the back of the house. It has an open-plan kitchen & lounge area and a sleeper couch with a DSTV decoder. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, Two-plate electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee plunger.
BACK-UP POWER
In the event of power failures rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.
The solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather.
All the geysers in the property are gas-operated.
SECURITY
The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter fence & IPSS reaction team.
Private gate padlocked to the beach.

Bedroom One (Master): King-size bed, sea views, ceiling fan, sliding doors onto the front verandah, built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & double basin.
Bedroom Two: King-size bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & basin.
Bedroom Three: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, office desk & chair, built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower, bath & basin.
Bedroom Four (kids room): Bunk bed plus single bed, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, built in open shelving for clothes with a hook and hangers, en-suite with single basin, shower & loo
Bedroom Five (separate flatlet): There is a separate bedroom with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning, a freestanding wardrobe and bathroom with a shower.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
