This wonderful four bedrooms freestanding house in Umdloti Beach is just a 2 min walk from the beach. First Avenue is a few minute's walk from the parade of shops on South Beach Road. The house sits at the end of the cul-de-sac.

5 mins stroll along the beachfront promenade will get you to uMdloti’s top-notch restaurants & a 5 mins drive will take you to the recently opened “Marine Walk” shopping centre @ the Salta Sibaya complex.

Umdloti is only a 10 minutes drive to the King Shaka International Airport.

In the event of a power failure or loadshedding, there are rechargeable lights in each room. There is a Charcoal braai / BBQ for cooking and a kettle for the gas stove for tea & coffee.

This house does not have backup power.

 

SECURITY

The house offers security with a fully fenced garden, door sensors

Marshall Security's 24/7 reaction team also do foot patrols with dogs at night.

Bedroom One: Master bedroom with king-size bed, sea views, air-con, TV, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes, access onto front verandah and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, loo & double basin. Interleading- kids room with a double bed, air-con, ceiling fan, shared wardrobe & en-suite bathroom with master bedroom

Bedroom Two: Queen size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, loo & basin

Please note: that the homeowner has two separate flats to the back of the house which is tenanted and share the same driveway for access. The tenants do not have use of any of the house facilities and guests are given complete quiet enjoyment of the house and garden.

Peak Season: from December & January. General High season period. Minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay

Mid Season: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. Minimum of 3 - 5 nights' stay

Low Season: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. Minimum of 2 nights' stay


RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
