Bedroom Three upstairs: Master Bedroom, king size bed with ceiling fan and aircon, dressing table, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, security shutters, TV in the room. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double basin and private toilet.
Bedroom Four upstairs: King size bed, ceiling fan and aircon, built-in cupboards, block out curtains with security shutters. Shared bathroom with shower, bathtub and single basin. Open plan toilet.
Bedroom Five upstairs: Twin beds apart (extra length), aircon and ceiling fan, built-in cupboards, security shutters, TV in the room. Shared bathroom with room four.

The house offers high security with external zoned beams, a perimeter fence & Marshall’s Security reaction team.
Private gate padlocked to the beach.
OUTDOOR CCTV
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, outdoor CCTV cameras are installed in designated exterior areas of the home. These cameras are for security purposes only and do not monitor the interior of the property or private indoor spaces.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer available on request.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
This home does not allow private functions, parties, private gatherings, functions or one-night stays. Additional balloon or event decorations are also not permitted.
