This welcoming North Coast-style beach cottage offers relaxed coastal living with warm interiors and contemporary finishes throughout. Accommodating up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults, the home features five comfortable bedrooms and spacious, family-friendly living areas. The open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen all enjoy lovely sea views, while the indoor bar and entertainment area provide the perfect space to gather with family and friends. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.
Ideally located in Ballito, in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal's beautiful Dolphin Coast, guests can enjoy easy access to golden beaches, warm Indian Ocean waters, local shops, cafés and restaurants, all within a 10-minute drive. King Shaka International Airport is conveniently located just 20 minutes away, making this an ideal destination for a relaxed seaside holiday.

In the event of power outages rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.
The inverter system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4 hours depending on the usage.

Bedroom Two: Two three-quarter twin beds, black-out curtains, ceiling fan - full shared family bathroom across the hallway - freestanding cupboard with folding space for clothes. No hanging space. No sea view.
Bedroom Three: Large Kids room with four single beds, ceiling fan, sea view, en-suite with shower, open plan toilet, single basin. Freestanding cupboard with shelving and hanging space. Black out curtains.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
OUR BESPOKE RATES AND FEES
For all holiday rentals during Peak Season (December and January), a mandatory Turnaround Fee will apply to cover the cost of a thorough final cleaning on the day of your departure. This ensures the property is cleaned, reset, and prepared to the highest standard for the next set of guests.
Special rates for stays of 28 nights or longer, production bookings, and venue hire are available on request.
Please note: Our rates for 2026 will remain applicable starting from 1st March 2026, through 28th February 2027.
