Influencer & Content Creator Collaborations
with Luxury Coastal Escapes
Luxury Coastal Escapes is more than a collection of beautiful homes. We are passionate about showcasing the warmth, hospitality, and unique spirit of South Africa's Dolphin Coast. We are seeking talented content creators, photographers, videographers, drone operators, and storytellers who can capture the feeling of a luxury coastal escape through authentic and meaningful content and we are particularly interested in collaborating with family travel creators with children
We love content that reflects the essence of KwaZulu-Natal — warm African hospitality, Ubuntu, family connection, barefoot luxury, outdoor living, ocean adventures, local culture, and memorable moments shared together. Our homes are places where families reconnect, friends gather, celebrations unfold, and lifelong memories are made. We are looking for creators who can tell these stories through exceptional photography, cinematic videography, and drone footage that inspires travellers to experience the destination for themselves. The ideal creator understands that luxury is not only about beautiful spaces, but also about the feeling of arriving, belonging, relaxing, and being welcomed.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
• Have a minimum of 40,000 followers on their primary platform
• Demonstrate strong engagement and an authentic audience
• Have previous experience working with hospitality, travel, or luxury brands
• Produce professional-quality photography and videography
• Be comfortable creating both lifestyle and property-focused content
• Provide a media kit and audience analytics
• Have a portfolio that reflects luxury travel and hospitality storytelling
Please note that accounts with purchased followers, low engagement rates, or limited hospitality-related content will not be considered.
Required Deliverables
For each hosted property stay, creators must provide:
Social Media Deliverables
• 3 x Cinematic Instagram Reel (15–30 seconds) posted as a collaboration
• 1 x Instagram Carousel Post (8–12 images) posted as a collaboration
• 5–10 Instagram Story Slides with tags, links, and engagement prompts
Content Library Deliverables
• Approximately 20 professionally edited photographs
• Approximately 10 cinematic video clips suitable for marketing use
Content Usage
All delivered content must be supplied in high resolution and may be used by Luxury Coastal Escapes across:
• Social media platforms
• Company websites
• Booking and listing platforms
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Paid advertising

The content we seek should capture the atmosphere, experience, and emotion of staying in our homes. We value creators who can authentically communicate luxury, relaxation, family connection, coastal living, adventure, and memorable travel experiences.
We are particularly drawn to content that reflects the spirit of KwaZulu-Natal: warm hospitality, Ubuntu, family gatherings, outdoor living, beach adventures, local experiences, and the feeling of being welcomed into a home away from home. Our ideal collaborations feel natural, authentic, and aspirational, allowing potential guests to imagine themselves creating lasting memories with family and friends along the Dolphin Coast.
What We Offer
Selected creators may be invited to enjoy a complimentary hosted stay at one of our luxury homes during our low season, subject to availability.
Typically, hosted stays include:
• 2–3 nights of complimentary accommodation during low season
• Access to one of our selected luxury self-catering homes
• Opportunities to experience and showcase the destination, lifestyle, and guest experience
In exchange, creators are expected to fulfil the agreed content deliverables and provide all content within the agreed timeframe following their stay.
Please note that hosted stays are offered at the discretion of Luxury Coastal Escapes and participating homeowners, and approval is based on brand alignment, audience quality, content style, and previous hospitality experience.
