This is a spectacular 5 bedroom house situated on the prestigious Simbithi Golf Course. The house offers endless entertaining spaces for both adults & kids. A fully equipped kitchen, scullery, living & dining area, TV room, kids playroom with walled garden & firepit. The living space opens onto a decked area with further relaxed seating, bar and secure pool overlooking the golf course. The main house is made up of 4 bedrooms en-suite with a Guest WC on the ground floor. Please note 5th bedroom is a self contained flat above garage. . Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed and cot. All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor of the house and all open onto a decked verandah that runs the length of the house. The flatlet has a King Size bed and extra single bed
The nightly rate includes a maid 5 days a week (Please note that this is Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm, and will not include holidays or Weekends, unless agreed in advance).
Please note that this is a private family home that is offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes with limited availability for holiday rentals during the year. Although this is a family home it is prepared for our Guests arrival to ensure you have enough space for your belongings, clothes, food and beverages along with all hotel conveniences.
You will have access to communal facilities within the Simbithi Eco Estate, however please note that not all facilities are available to Guests . The facilities are endless, from club house, restaurants, golf course, walks, swimming pools, fishing dams, cycling trails. Please see Simbithi Website for more information

PLEASE NOTE Faulty television sets and other electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. (Except Public Holidays). No reductions or refunds in the price of the letting will be made or allowed as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise.

If you intend on bringing your own staff (cook, maid, nanny or driver) we ask that you notify of this before a deposit is a paid.

Bedroom Five - Is a separate flatlet above garage with King Size bed and extra single bed (travel cot available). The flatlet has an en-suite with bath & shower, TV with DSTV, Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and private wooden deck with charcoal Weber braai
Please note that a 2 small, short-haired dogs (dachshund and pug) live with the family during the year but is ares outside dogs. They are removed from the home during guest bookings. Due to guest allergies it is important that you are aware of this in case you have severe allergies
