This is a spectacular five-bedroom house situated on the prestigious Simbithi Golf Course. The house offers endless entertaining spaces for both adults & kids. A fully equipped kitchen, scullery, living & dining area, a TV room, a kids TV & playroom with walled garden & fire-pit. The living space opens onto a decked area with further relaxed seating, bar and secure pool overlooking the golf course. The main house is made up of four bedrooms en-suite with a guest WC on the ground floor. Please note the 5th bedroom is a self-contained apartment above the garage. All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor of the house and all open onto a decked verandah that runs the length of the house. The flatlet has a King Size bed and an extra single bed.
You will have access to communal facilities within the Simbithi Eco Estate, however, please note that not all facilities are available to guests. The facilities are endless, from clubhouse, restaurants, golf course, walks, swimming pools, fishing dams, cycling trails. Please see Simbithi Website for more information

Kindly Note: The family has two small short-haired dogs (dachshund and a pug) that live with the family during the year. The pets will not be in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious about this if they are prone to pet allergies.
Rental includes a housekeeper Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm
(Public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)
Weekend only bookings staff are included on a Saturday.

We do not accept student bookings & the owner will always give preference to family bookings.
High season bookings require 10 nights or more for this house
