The house is freestanding and sits high on the hill on Ballito with magnificent sea views throughout the house. Designed and built by the Owner this house is a labour of love. The family have built two further houses on the property for family rental.

 

5 mins drive from local shops and restaurants and 25 minutes drive from the New King Shaka International Airport.

Kindly note: The owners live in another house on the property and they have cats. The cats live with them, however, they can not stop them from roaming the property. We suggest guests be conscious of this should they be prone to pet allergies.

Bedroom One (Top Floor): The master bedroom is quite spectacular and spans the entire width of the top floor. There is a king-size bed, sliding doors, walk-in wardrobes and open plan en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath & shower

Bedroom Two (Top Floor): King-size bed, sliding doors onto balcony, wardrobes and open plan en-suite bathroom with bath & outdoor shower

Bedroom Three (Top Floor): King-size bed, sliding doors onto balcony, wardrobes and open plan en-suite bathroom with bath & outdoor shower

Bedroom Four (First Floor): Two three-quarter beds, sliding doors onto the balcony, wardrobes and an open plan en-suite bathroom with bath & outdoor shower

Bedroom Five (First Floor): King-size bed, sliding doors onto balcony, wardrobes and open plan en-suite bathroom with bath & outdoor shower

Bedroom Six (Lower Ground Level): Queen-size bed with sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Each bedroom suite has a tea/coffee station with under counter fridge and a small lounge area

Bedroom Seven (Lower Ground Level): Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Each bedroom suite has a tea/coffee station with under counter fridge and a small lounge area

 

HOUSEKEEPING

Rental includes Housekeeping from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm

RATES

2022 Rates until the end of Feb 2023:

PEAK SEASON at R17,500 per night

MID SEASON at R12,000 per night

 

From 1st of March 2023 until the end of Feb 2024:

PEAK SEASON at R17,500 per night

December & January High season period, Require min 10-14 nights per booking

 

MID SEASON at R13,500 per night

School holidays and Long Weekends, Require min 3-5 nights per booking

From 1st of March 2024: Rates TBC

RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
