Space in abundance, outdoors and in, this large and very unique home sits on 2 and a half acres of ground with beautiful old established Oak trees, a river running through it, a tennis court and a swimming pool. It’s like visiting the set of an old English movie where an elaborate entrance hall welcomes you into the house, peacocks roam freely and croquet is played on the lawns.


Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely finished and grounds never ending. The stack away glass doors surrounding the open plan TV and dining room makes for the perfect BBQ and entertaining space. The views from this room are majestic and its close proximity to the pool and tennis court is very convenient. Best of all, sit with a chilled glass of wine, perhaps some local tunes playing and watch the kids go wild. These grounds are kid perfect!


Drive through the gates and park under the pines, walk out onto the lawns and look up at the old Oaks and our Silvermine Mountains. Listen to the many neighbouring horses, and the distinctive peacock call, dance through the ballroom like rooms, play tennis or swim in the pool. Sleepy Hollow Manor House is unique, a place so perfect for the family no doubt you will be back for more!!

Fourth bedroom (downstairs): Large, spacious en suite guest bedroom, two singles, can be made to king size bed, en suite with walk in shower, interleading stacking doors leading on to BBQ area.
