2022 Rates until the end of Feb 2023:

PEAK SEASON at R20,000 per night

MID SEASON at R14,400 per night

LOW SEASON at R10,000 per night

From 1st of March 2023 until the end of Feb 2024:

PEAK SEASON at R22,000 per night

December & January High season period, Require min 10-14 nights per booking

 

MID SEASON at R15,900 per night

School holidays and Long Weekends, Require min 3-5 nights per booking

LOW SEASON at R11,000 per night

All other dates outside Peak & Mid Season dates, Require min 2 nights per booking

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
