SECURITY

The house sits within a secure complex with external palisade fencing and additional electric fencing on the beach side. The house itself offers high security with internal and external beams & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. Gate is padlocked to the beach. The house also benefits from security plantation shutters on all downstairs bedrooms.

HOUSEKEEPING

Rental includes a housekeeper Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm

(Public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)

Weekend booking housekeeping included on a Saturday from 8 am until 2 pm

Laundry services included T&C’s apply

Weekly pool & garden maintenance

Bedroom One (middle level): Master bedroom with a queen size bed, sea views, air-con, access onto two balconies, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, bath, shower & double basin

Bedroom Two (lower level): Queen size bed, sea views, air-con, security shutters, access onto front deck, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, bath, shower & basin

Bedroom Three (lower level): Queen size bed, sea views, air-con, security shutters, access onto front deck, built-in wardrobes and shared use of family bathroom (bath, shower, basin & loo)

Bedroom Four (lower level): Bunk room with two double bunks, sea views, air-con, security shutters, access onto front deck, built-in wardrobes and shared use of family bathroom (bath, shower, basin & loo)

 

RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

We do not accept student bookings & the owner will always give preference to family bookings. 

High season bookings require 14 nights or more for this house

No parties are allowed at the home.
