​We’re always looking for ways to help you maximise bookings, especially during the low season.

 

Currently, there are multiple discount offers available, which can sometimes be overwhelming for guests and may not fully optimise your property’s potential.

To streamline this process and make it more attractive to potential guests, we’re proposing a simplified approach: combining all our existing specials (such as the Stay Pay Special, Mid-Week Special, Last Minute Discount, and Weekly Discount) under one umbrella offer, called "Seasonal Saver Specials".

This new approach will allow us to discount any low or mid-season stay in a clear, straightforward way, helping your property stand out to guests. Here’s how it works:

  • Last Minute Discount: Guests booking 0–10 days before arrival get 10% off.

  • Weekly Discount: Guests booking 7 nights or more also receive a 10% discount.

  • These discounts will only apply during the low and mid-season, ensuring your rates remain protected during the peak holiday periods in December and January.

By making it easier for guests to understand your property’s value during the low season, we can increase bookings and fill gaps in your calendar. This agreement is made between Luxury Coastal Escapes ("we/us") and [Owner’s Name] ("you/owner"), regarding your property listed under our Seasonal Specials program.

By subscribing to this program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Purpose The goal of the Seasonal Saver Specials is to encourage guests to stay longer during low and mid-season by offering tailored discounts. This program allows us to find the most suitable discount for each guest inquiry to help secure bookings on your behalf, increasing your property’s occupancy during quieter times.

  2. Discount Offers We will apply discounts such as:

    • Last Minute Discount: Up to 10% for bookings made 0–10 days before arrival.

    • Weekly Discount: 10% for stays of 7 nights or more.

    • Stay Pay Special & Mid-Week Special: These would remain part of the package.

    These discounts will only be offered in low and mid-season periods and will not apply during peak seasons (December and January).

  3. Quality of Service While offering these discounts, we commit to maintaining the same high-quality, luxury service that your guests expect. We will uphold our standards in property management, guest communication, and housekeeping, ensuring that guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.

  4. Value to You By subscribing to this program, you acknowledge that offering these strategic discounts can enhance your property’s appeal during slower periods, without compromising the overall guest experience. Our goal is to help you maximise bookings while maintaining the value and luxury of your property.

  5. Authorisation By signing this agreement, you authorise us to apply the most suitable discounts for guest inquiries, within the agreed discount ranges, to help secure bookings for your property.
