Sheffield Beach, just north of Salt Rock and virtually ten minutes from Ballito, is the beautiful beach of Sheffield with its sheltered coves and wonderful rock pools that invite little people to spend hours collecting shells and admiring sea anemones.

BACK-UP POWER

This house does not get effected by the loadshedding schedule.

In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking and borehole water and Jojo water tanks.

Inverter system available that will power the entier house during power failures. This will last for a few hours depending on the usage.

Please note:  During the year the owner's pets (cat & dogs) live on the property. The pets are not in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies. 

 

SECURITY

The house offers high security with a 6-foot perimeter wall, plus 6 strands of electric fence, internal and external beams and a 24/7 IPSS reaction team

 

BEDROOMS

Bedroom One (upstairs): Master bedroom with a king-size bed, air-con, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath & double basin, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, sea views. The bedroom has its own TV area with sofas. Sliding doors lead out onto a very large verandah with sea views

Bedroom Two (upstairs): This wonderful kids' room is set into the eves of the roof with high ceilings and beams, the bedroom offers a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air-con, ceiling fan, sea views and shared use of the family bathroom

Bedroom Three (upstairs): This bedroom set into the eves with a pitched ceiling and beams. The room offers two three-quarter beds & one single with mosquito nets. Built-in wardrobes, air-con & ceiling fan, french doors onto the large verandah and shared use of the family bathroom (bath & shower) 

Bedroom Four (downstairs): Queen-size bed, air-con & ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and use of guest bathroom directly opposite hallway with shower & bath

Bedroom Five (downstairs): Double bed, french doors with security shutters, hanging rail with open shelves, open-plan en-suite bathroom with shower, loo and basin. There is no air-con in this bedroom, just a freestanding fan


HOUSEKEEPING

Rental includes Housekeeping from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
