In the garden, there are three laying hens who are very friendly and roam the garden. They are cared for by the staff and will give you fresh eggs each day to help yourself to.

 

Please note: There is an elderly tenant renting an apartment on the property, this is a separate section of the house that overlooks the driveway. It is at the back of the property and has its own front door entrance.

Bedroom One (private outside entrance): King size bed, air-con, dressing table, bar fridge/kettle, open plan shelving & hanging for clothes, en-suite bathroom with shower, loo & double basin. 

Bedroom Two (private outside entrance): King size bed, air-con, dressing table, open plan shelving & hanging for clothes, en-suite bathroom with bath with shower above, loo & double basin.

Bedroom Three (Kids room, separate to the house): Three three quarter mattresses in the loft area, air-con, a big SmartTV with theatre surround sound, sofa, pool table and en-suite with loo & shower. Hanging rail only for kids clothes. The room is situated by the pool and has sliding doors onto the garden and pool.

Bedroom Four (Main House, upstairs): Queen size bed, air-con, built-in wardrobes, desk, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, loo & basin. The bedroom has sliding doors onto the front balcony with sea views.

Bedroom Five (Main House, upstairs): Queen size bed, air-con, built-in wardrobes, desk, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, loo & basin. The bedroom has sliding doors onto the front balcony with sea views.

Bedroom Six (Main House, upstairs): Master bedroom, King size futon bed, lounge area with TV, tea station and fridge, en-suite air-conditioned bathroom with large double shower, bath, double sink, separate loo and walk-in wardrobes. HOUSEKEEPING

Rental includes a Live-in Housekeeper Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm

(Weekends and/or public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)

Laundry services included T&C’s apply

Live-in caretaker that service the pool & garden on a weekly basis.

 

RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year

We do not accept student bookings

High season bookings require a minimum of 14 nights

No parties are allowed at the home.
