Outstanding 7 bedroom freestanding home on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield Beach. This is a newly built holiday home that sits on a huge double plot with the garden running straight onto the beach and incredible sea views from every room in the house.

The main house is made up of 7 bedrooms - 3 of which are upstairs and a further 4 downstairs. The entertaining space is all open plan with large state of the art kitchen, separate scullery, two dining areas, lounge and TV area. All this entertaining space flows out on to wooden deck with rim flow pool, braai area, further soft seating and table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Bedroom Five (upstairs) - Has a King size bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, built in wardrobes and sea views

Bedroom Six - (upstairs) - Has a Queen bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, built in wardrobes and sea views

Bedroom Seven - (upstairs) - Has a Queen bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, built in wardrobes and sea views

Spare room outside if Guests would like to bring their nanny

PLEASE NOTE Faulty television sets and other electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. (Except Public Holidays). No reductions or refunds in the price of the letting will be made or allowed as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise.

No Pets allowed. 

Please note we do not accept Student Bookings & the owner will always give preference to family bookings

Please note no parties are allowed at the home as per Terms & Conditions
