The garden has a lap pool, fire pit, trampoline for kids, fully fenced garden and if that is not enough the house has views and direct access to estate walkways, dam and rugby fields below with cricket nets. This would make a wonderful space for a family holiday and will go quickly.

OWNERS PETS
The following pets will remain at the house during guest stays:
1 x Labrador cross and a Teacup Yorkshire Terrier & 1 x cat
Dogs live outside and live-in staff will feed the animals.
The dogs have a wonderful nature with kids and the cat does sleep inside
We suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies.
Staff will be responsible for feeding and looking after the pets.

PEAK SEASON at R12,700 per night
December & January High season period, Require min 10-14 nights per booking
MID SEASON at R9,700 per night
School holidays and Long Weekends, Require min 3-5 nights per booking

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
