This house does not have back up power. In the event of a power failure or loadshedding, there are rechargeable lights in each room. There is a Charcoal braai / BBQ for cooking and kettle for gas stove for tea & coffee.

 

Please note: that the homeowner has two separate flats to the back of the house which are tenanted and share the same driveway for access. The tenants do not have use of any of the house facilities and guests are given complete quiet enjoyment of the house and garden.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

Rental includes a Housekeeper from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm. 

(Weekends and/or public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)

Weekend booking housekeeping included on a Saturday from 8 am until 2 pm

Laundry services included T&C’s apply

Garden & pool maintenance weekly

House manager live on the property in a separate cottage.

 

SECURITY

The house offers security with fully fenced garden, door sensors

Marshall Security 24/7 reaction team who also do foot patrols with dogs at night.

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

We do not accept student bookings & the owner will always give preference to family bookings. 

High season bookings require 14 nights or more for this house

No parties are allowed at the home.
