DESCRIPTION
Spacious 4 bedroom house on Crossberry Lane in Simbithi Eco Estate with flat fenced in garden,pool, Jacuzzi and superb sea views. The house is made up of four bedrooms all with en-suites (three of which are upstairs). The ground floor has one bedroom to the back of the house and the rest is made up of open plan living spaces. From state of the art kitchen to outside side bar area this house has it all, including every mod con you could desire.
Entertaining spaces consist of open plan kitchen with scullery, interior dining for 8, exterior dining for 12, formal lounge with TV, bar area on verandah with TV and 4 bar fridges plus further soft seating. The house benefits from an extra TV lounge upstairs
Please note that this is a private family home that is offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes with limited availability for holiday rentals during the year. Although this is a family home it is prepared for our Guests arrival to ensure you have enough space for your belongings, clothes, food and beverages along with all hotel conveniences.
The nightly rental includes a maid 5 times a week with linen change every 7 days and towel change every 3/4 days when needed.
You will have access to communal facilities within the Simbithi Eco Estate, however please note that not all facilities are available to Guests (Club house pool, gym and tennis courts are not available to holiday Guests) . The facilities are endless, from club house, restaurants, golf course, walks, swimming pools, fishing dams, cycling trails. Please see Simbithi Website for more information

Please note that three small Yorkshire Terriers live in the house during the year, but are removed from the house during guest bookings. Due to guest allergies it is important that you are aware of this in case you have allergies
