This sensational beach house has just been fully renovated and is available throughout the year for holiday rentals.

The house has 6 bedrooms which are split over two levels, with two master bedrooms on the entrance level and a further four downstairs. The house sleeps a maximum of 14 guests, with a cap on adults being 8.

 

5 mins drive from local shops and restaurants and 20 minutes from the New King Shaka International Airport

The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, perimeter non-climbing fence & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. Gate is padlocked to the beach. The house also benefits from security plantation shutters throughout

Bedroom Two (upstairs): Master bedroom with a king-size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, sofa, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & basin

Bedroom Three (downstairs): King-size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & basin

Bedroom Four (downstairs): Queen-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, sliding doors out to the courtyard, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & basin

Bedroom Five (downstairs): King-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, sliding doors out to the courtyard, built-in wardrobes with shower and basin in the bedroom and separate loo

Bedroom Six (downstairs): Kids room with four single beds, ceiling fan, freestanding wardrobe, sliding doors out to courtyard and garden and en-suite with shower, basin & loo. This bedroom has its own TV and sofa.

2022 Rates until the end of Feb 2023:

PEAK SEASON at R18,700 per night

MID SEASON at R13,700 per night

LOW SEASON at R9,300 per night

From 1st of March 2023 until the end of Feb 2024:

PEAK SEASON at R20,600 per night

December & January High season period, Require min 10-14 nights per booking

 

MID SEASON at R15,000 per night

School holidays and Long Weekends, Require min 3-5 nights per booking

LOW SEASON at R10,300 per night

All other dates outside Peak & Mid Season dates, Require min 2 nights per booking

From 1st of March 2024: Rates TBC

RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.

Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.

We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
