Truly inspiring 6 bedroom home in Simbithi Eco Estate, Ballito is available for limited dates during school holidays. The main house has five bedrooms with 5 bathrooms plus guest loo as well as a self contained one bedroom flat above the double garage. This is a magnificent newly built home on the eco side of the estate is a quick 3 min drive from the Ballito Gate and estate communal facilities and trails. 

Please note that this is a private family home that is offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes with limited availability for holiday rentals during the year. Although this is a family home it is prepared for our Guests' arrival to ensure you have enough space for your belongings, clothes, food and beverages along with all hotel conveniences. 

The nightly rental includes a maid 5 times a week with linen change every 7 days and towel change every 3/4 days when needed.

You will have access to communal facilities within the Simbithi Eco Estate, however please note that not all facilities are available to Guests (Club house pool, gym and tennis courts are not available to holiday Guests) . The facilities are endless, from club house, restaurants, golf course, walks, swimming pools, fishing dams, cycling trails. Please see Simbithi Website for more information

Bedroom Five (Master): Super King Bed (extra length), aircon, sliding doors onto deck, kettle station, walk-in wardrobes, En-suite with walk-in shower, bath, double basin and separate loo

Bedroom Six (separate flatlet): This flat has a private entrance accessed via stairs to side of garage. There is a bedroom with King size bed (extra length), TV, lounge with kitchen opening up onto large private wooden deck. The en-suite has a walk-in shower and loo plus built in wardrobes
