This is a beautiful home decorated and designed to perfection sits nestled in the indigenous forests of the prestigious Dunkirk Estate. The house is 4 years old and offers 5 bedrooms en-suite, the 5th bedroom and en-suite are in a self contained flat. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor with an entrance along a covered deck, making it ideal for Guests who have difficulty with stairs (please note there is no kitchenette). The house benefits from open plan living throughout the down floor comprising of dining area and TV/ Living area. Outside the entertaining space continues with a large soft seating area on the covered verandah, fire pit, deck, swimming pool and garden.
Please note that all houses will include bedding, linen and towels for your stay. Towels are changed every 3/4 days and linen once a week.
At the heart of Dunkirk Estate lie 42 acres of dense indigenous coastal forest - a last, precious piece of wilderness that with our help will be preserved for generations to come. This pristine site is a rare gem, and represents one of the last opportunities for environmentally responsible luxury residential development in the area. The Estate offers Guests a new communal pool, flood lit tennis courts, forest walks, dams, Laura Channing Beauty Spa and the incredible Rays Kitchen. Please note that as of January 2019 the following Estate facilities will not be on offer to holiday guests and are for home owners ONLY. Dunkirk Beach Clubhouse at Salt Rock Main Beach as well as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym at the Main Clubhouse. The Estate is made up of Indigenous Forests and Grasslands which are home to many different species of birds, as well as Blue and Grey Duiker and Bushbaby.
Please note that this is a private family home that is offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes with limited availability for holiday rentals during the year. Although this is a family home it is prepared for our Guests arrival to ensure you have enough space for your belongings, clothes, food and beverages along with all hotel conveniences.
Sleeps Maximum 10 people.
Children are very welcome
The Owners two dogs remain at the house and are looked after by the Gardener
Bedroom One (Master) - Has a King size bed, open plan en-suite bathroom and wardrobe
Bedroom Two - Sleeper couch or Baby Crib, balcony, built in wardrobes, baby changing table and en-suite with shower
Bedroom Three - Queen size bed, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower
Bedroom Four - King size, wardrobes, dressing table and full en-suite bathroom with shower and bath
Bedroom Five (outside) - Has 2 Single Beds or King, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower – ENTRANCE IS ALONG A COVERED DECK. ITS ALL ONE LEVEL PERFECT FOR ELDERLY OR SOMEONE WHO CANT USE STAIRS. Its not in the garden but attached to the house with covered entrance along deck.
The house is air-conditioned throughout.
There is a pool and fire-pit area
Regrettably no pets allowed and only family bookings are accepted.
The nightly rental includes a maid 5 days a week with linen change every 7 days and towel change every 3/4 days when needed.
Close to local amenities and within 5 minutes drive to shopping centres & local beaches
PLEASE NOTE Faulty television sets and other electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. (Except Public Holidays). No reductions or refunds in the price of the letting will be made or allowed as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise.
Please note we do not accept Student Bookings & the owner will always give preference to family bookings
