DESCRIPTION
This is an outstanding 5 bedroom freestanding home in Salt Rock. The house has endless entertaining spaces on all levels of the house, but the majority falls onto the middle floor of the house. The house has garage parking space for two cars and off street parking for a further 4. You enter the house from the road or garage and have a choice of lift or stairs into main house. You are greeted by a beautiful pool to the rear of the house. The lift leads straight down to the middle living zone, opening directly into the kitchen area so the delivery of groceries is easily facilitated. Coming down the outside stairs from the road entrance and past the exterior Billiard room, entry into the home is via a sliding glass door that opens into the extensive reception rooms. Here the focal point is the light filled atrium filled with greenery around which all the main living areas are oriented. Quiet sitting, eating, shared meals, cocktails, pre-dinner drinks, cooking, or rowdy conversations can overlap.
Please note that this is a private family home that is offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes with limited availability for holiday rentals during the year. Although this is a family home it is prepared for our Guests arrival to ensure you have enough space for your belongings, clothes, food and beverages along with all hotel conveniences. The Owners have an office on the top floor of the house that is only functional during the week and with one PA working. The office uses separate entrance on top floor and Guests will not be affected by this at all.
The nightly rental includes a maid 5 times a week (Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm) with linen change every 7 days and towel change every 3/4 days when needed.

A state of the art computerised sound and lighting system operates throughout the house, a fully air-conditioned wine cellar that can store at least 1000 bottles of wine, 4 meter high ceilings in living room.
There is also a large generator with a rating of 65 kVA in the garage which can run the entire house including all the air-conditioners. It kicks in immediately (within 6 / 7 seconds) of a power failure.
There is a large walk-in cold room in the kitchen.
There are two out-door gazebo’s, one on the top deck and one outside the main living area which are used for entertaining.
There is an 18m swimming pool with two waterfalls which can be screened from the atrium by rollup storm blinds.
There are 9 security cameras strategically placed and laser security beams surround the house with 24 armed response.
A Billiard Room is available for Guests to use, please note a R30 000 deposit is required in order to have use of this room (this is due to cost of Billiard Table being re-covered if damaged)
Close to local amenities and within 5 minutes drive to shopping centres & local beaches
PLEASE NOTE Faulty television sets and other electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. (Except Public Holidays). No reductions or refunds in the price of the letting will be made or allowed as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise.

Bedroom Four (Lower Ground Floor) - Has a four poster King size bed, sliding doors onto bottom deck and garden, wardrobes and open plan en-suite bathroom with bath & outdoor shower
Bedroom Five (Master) (Ground floor) - Has a king size bed, sliding doors onto private deck with gazebo, walk in wardrobe, study/lounge area and en-suite with double shower opening onto pool area, double basins and bath
