DESCRIPTION
Spectacular five-bedroom house situated on the prestigious Simbithi Golf Course and a few minutes walk from the Golf Club and Restaurant. The house offers endless entertaining spaces for both adults & kids. A fully equipped kitchen, scullery, both indoor and outdoor livings, a large TV room and a kids TV with walled garden & fire-pit. The living space opens onto a decked area with further relaxed seating, bar, outdoor dining and secure pool overlooking the golf course. The main house is made up of four bedrooms en-suite with a guest WC on the ground floor. Please note the 5th bedroom is a self-contained apartment above the garage. All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor of the house and all open onto a decked verandah that runs the length of the house. The flatlet has a King Size bed and an extra single bed.

PLEASE NOTE:
The family has two small short-haired dogs (a dachshund and a pug) that live with the family during the year.
The pets will not be in the house when guests are staying.
We would suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies.

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom (upstairs): King-size bed, blackout curtains, walk-in wardrobe/dressing area and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and sliding doors onto a wooden deck.
Bedroom Two (upstairs): Kids room with 2 Three Quarter Beds, blackout curtains, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower. Sliding doors allow access onto a wooden deck & relaxed seating.
Bedroom Three (upstairs): Queen bed, built-in wardrobes, blackout curtains, en-suite bathroom with shower. Sliding doors allow access onto a wooden deck with seating.
Bedroom Four (upstairs) Kids Room with a double-size bed, blackout curtains, and en-suite with bath and walk-in wardrobes. Sliding doors allow access onto a wooden deck with seating.
Bedroom Five (separate flatlet): King Size bed and extra single bed, blackout curtains, en-suite with bath & shower opening onto a large deck with braai and seating.

RESERVATIONS
This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
Luxury Coastal Escapes accept reservations on an owner request procedure, then on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note that we do not accept all adult bookings, and have a preference to family bookings.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the holiday rental.
All bookings T&C’s apply
