This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom home. The Owners have lovingly built this house and created a sanctuary for their family to live in. Every room in the house brings a sense of calm and would make a wonderful space for a family holiday. Even though their are neighbours on either side, the house is very private and positioned directly on an exclusive indigenous forest. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs, allowing the downstairs to be dedicated to solely living, dining and entertaining spaces. The entire downstairs is open plan allowing all the rooms to flow beautifully onto the covered deck and pool. Sliding stacker doors allow the entire space to be opened up which is perfect for our hot summer months.
At the heart of Dunkirk Estate lie 42 acres of dense indigenous coastal forest - a last, precious piece of wilderness that with our help will be preserved for generations to come. This pristine site is a rare gem, and represents one of the last opportunities for environmentally responsible luxury residential development in the area. The Estate offers Guests a new communal pool, flood lit tennis courts, forest walks, dams, Laura Channing Beauty Spa and the incredible Rays Kitchen. Please note that as of January 2019 the following Estate facilities will not be on offer to holiday guests and are for home owners ONLY. Dunkirk Beach Clubhouse at Salt Rock Main Beach as well as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym at the Main Clubhouse. The Estate is made up of Indigenous Forests and Grasslands which are home to many different species of birds, as well as Blue and Grey Duiker and Bushbaby.
Please note that this is a private family home that is offered to Luxury Coastal Escapes with limited availability for holiday rentals during the year. Although this is a family home it is prepared for our Guests arrival to ensure you have enough space for your belongings, clothes, food and beverages along with all hotel conveniences.
The nightly rental includes a maid 5 times a week with linen change every 7 days and towel change every 3/4 days when needed

PLEASE NOTE Faulty television sets and other electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. (Except Public Holidays). No reductions or refunds in the price of the letting will be made or allowed as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise.
No Pets allowed.
